Refund & Return Policy

At Health Nook, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Due to the nature of health, wellness, supplement, and food-related products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect customer safety, product quality, and hygiene standards.

1. Returns on Unopened Products

Unopened, unused, and resalable products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, sealed, unused, and in the same condition as purchased.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used vitamins, supplements, herbs, powders, protein products, or wellness items
• Bulk foods, nuts, seeds, grains, dried fruits, or any food item sold by weight
• Refrigerated, perishable, or temperature-sensitive products
• Special-order items
• Clearance, final-sale, or discounted promotional items
• Gift cards
• Any product without proof of purchase

3. Exchanges

Eligible unopened items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will be responsible for the difference. If the replacement item has a lower price, the difference may be issued as store credit.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of purchase, please contact us or return to the store within 7 days with your receipt.

After inspection, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

Cash purchases may be refunded in cash. Card purchases will be refunded to the original card used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. No Receipt / Proof of Purchase

Returns or exchanges without a receipt or valid proof of purchase may be declined.

At our discretion, we may offer store credit based on the current selling price of the item, provided the product is unopened, unused, and resalable.

7. Right to Refuse Returns

Health Nook reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears opened, used, damaged, altered, improperly stored, or not in resalable condition.
