Unopened Products — 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.
- The product's safety seal must be intact.
- You must have proof of purchase.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Opened Products — No Returns Accepted
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened supplements, vitamins, or natural health products. Once a product's seal has been broken, we cannot verify its integrity.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days at info@ehealthnook.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products that have been used or tampered with
- Items returned without proof of purchase

- Clearance or final-sale items
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions within 1 to 2 business days.
- Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless due to our error.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1 to 3 business days after receipt.
- Refund processing: 5 to 10 business days after approval.
